WORKPLACE CRIMES
Specializing in the hospitality business
In cases involving labor issues, employee on employee allegations a workplace attorney investigator is the best choice. But what happens when your business is facing Internal and external thefts, workplace violence, vandalism, and other troubles that require dedicated action to protect your staff, property, clientele and your reputation? How deep does the damage go? Who is involved? Whom do you trust?
Security guards are trained to protect and deter crime, but they are not trained investigators. Law Enforcement often cannot dedicate the time and resources to long term projects. Attorney investigators are often not experienced or trained in surveillance, identifying and apprehending criminals. Your in-house managers have other responsibilities, are not trained, are not neutral, and lack the tools to present a prosecutable case.
As a retired police supervisor and a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, I have the tools and experience to conduct discrete investigations, work alongside your HR/Legal department, and coordinate with law enforcement to prepare a court ready case.
ATTORNEY CLIENTS
Don't Wait
Tomorrow is too late

Inserting an investigator at inception can be the best legal decision you make for your client. All too often law enforcement fails to interview key defense witnesses, record their statements, collect exculpatory perishable evidence, follow up on defense leads, state all the facts, and/or stay neutral as an investigation focuses in on a your client.
When evidence organically disappears, video is recorded over after a couple of days or weeks, witness contacts are lost or move away, etc. and you are getting close to trial, there's too little too late.
Daily I analyze discovery (police reports, video footage, etc.) for client attorneys and provide an analysis report that summarizes the case, highlights key points, and presents a list of actionable items for further investigation. In some instances this may be all that is needed for litigators to negotiate with the prosecution or help their client make the best decision.
Urgent doesn't mean cutting corners.
It is urgently working until all leads
are exhausted.

PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS
Not just outside the box, but a bigger box
This is the DIY and AI age where everyone can do anything themselves. The question is are you going to gamble your freedom, your future, and/or your assets on clickbait databases, AI interfaces, and internet and social media sleuthing? Every decision has serious consequences especially if you misinterpret information, create legal conundrums, make mistakes, and/or ultimately arrive at faulty conclusions. .
I provide actionable choices for decision makers. The databases I access are only available to licensed professional investigators and attorneys. I utilize a global network of vetted experts to assist me wherever the investigation may lead. I follow industry standards and adhere to the ethics and guidelines of CALI, DIA, AWI and the ABA. I am regulated by the California Bureau of Security & Investigations (BSIS). By constantly training, I stay abreast of current issues and trends so that you can focus on what you do best, and I do what I do best.
